At the venue of Expoforum as a part of 9th St. Petersburg Partneriat  for SMEs  “St. Petersburg - Russian and foreign regions” was held the largest in the region Subcontractors Exchange.

Such subcontractors exchanges are held in order to develop the system of import substitution and non-integrated enterprise localization, as well as small business production capacities additional using . Subcontractors exchange - is a unique opportunity to establish partnerships  and discuss potential contracts between small enterprises and major customers. In other words – it is an effective type of co-operation between manufacturers.

Representatives of large enterprises explain to the participants how to become their suppliers during direct negotiations at “customer-producer” level.

 In Subcontractors Exchange have participated 11 large enterprises of Saint-Petersburg: St. Petersburg Metro SUE; SUE «Vodokanal of St. Petersburg »; SUE «E-transport of St. Petersburg»; Viled Svetotronics, plc; ORION MEDIC, CJCS; ZVEZDA-ENERGETIKA, JSC ; JSC “REP Holding” , Armalit JSC, St. Petersburg Products International (P&G, Gillette),  Metrostroy, Universal Measurements SPb, ltd. 7 of them have placed their orders in advance. The venue was  visited by over 60 representatives of SMEs that carry  out production in different sectors.

As a result of this event – Universal Measurements SPb, ltd is discussing possible co-operation with several suppliers.
